Raised in the clear waters of the Marlborough Sounds, Ōra King is the go-to salmon for chefs at numerous Michelin-starred restaurants. Ōra King is known for its rich, fatty flavor and is often referred to as the “Wagyu of the Sea”.
Ōra King salmon are sustainably raised through responsible farming methods and holds both a “best choice” status from the Monterey Bay Seafood Watch and a four star rating from a Best Aquaculture Practices audit. The feed features no genetically modified ingredients, no antibiotics, and no growth hormones. Essentially, Ora King Salmon is the most sustainably rated Pacific Salmon farm.
