The Mahi-Mahi Fish, aka Dorado or Dolphin, shows up in our local waters seasonally. It's both wonderful to look at and to eat! A sweet whiter fish, it goes very well blackened, grilled, or fried and is a fan favorite for fish tacos or served with a bed of starch and veggies.
