Bluefin tuna is the fattiest and largest species within the tuna family. It’s rich, buttery flavor lends itself well to many applications, particularly raw applications. Bluefin is a fantastic choice for sashimi at home, poke, or searing on the grill. We only purchase bluefin that are sustainably fished by hook and line.
