What If I’m Not Home To Receive My Delivery?
We pack orders in insulated Pole 2 Plate delivery bags. Orders are packed with Ice and will keep unattended for a 2-4 hours depending on outside weather conditions. We ask that you can be available to receive your order within reason. We advise if you will not be around to leave a cooler outside with ice or frozen water bottles.
Will My Weight Be Exact?
The simple answer, no. Given the nature of our products, we will ensure that you're product is within 1/2 an ounce of your purchased weight. That being said, we will always err on the side of more so we leave you completely satisfied.
